Premium Nordmann Fir
When it comes to creating a truly festive atmosphere inside your home, you cannot beat a real Christmas tree. The conifer Nordmann fir (Abies nordmanniana) is covered in dark green, drop resistant needles. Premium grade trees have a full and bulky shape.

Look After Your Tree
- Buy your Christmas tree early whilst we have the best selection available.
- To keep your tree looking its best, keep it in the garden until you're ready to decorate (ideally as near to Christmas as possible). This helps keep your tree looking good over the main Christmas period. Place your tree in a bucket of water whilst outside. Your tree will be delivered/collected in a net, to help protect it from damage and make it easier to transport. When your tree arrives at home, we recommend you remove it from the net and stand it upright to let the branches return to normal.
- When the time come to bring your tree indoors, choose a cool place away from direct sources of heat. Saw 20-30mm of the base of the tree and place in a stand capable of holding water. Furthermore, it is advisable that tree lights are turned off at night or when you are not at home,
- Check the level of water daily and top us as necessary (this can be up to a litre a day).

Delivery information
We offer local delivery (within approximately a 20-mile radius) for a standard fee of £10, with free delivery when you spend over £75.

Delivery is usually within 7 days. (Please note, this may be slightly longer when we are busy). We will contact you with a delivery day. We do not deliver at weekends.

We offer a click & collect service for most of our products.
When you place an order, you will get a confirmation order acknowledging that we have received it.
We will then process your order as quickly as possible and contact you with further information.

Returns & Refunds Policy
FAULTY GOODS
Following the unfortunate delivery of a faulty or damaged product, we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible. To help us achieve this, please contact the garden centre swiftly after delivery. The cost of return for a faulty of damaged product will be subsidised by the garden centre.

CANCELLING A SALE
The cancellation of any product must be carried out at least 48 hours before delivery. Please contact the garden centre by telephone as soon as possible once you have decided to cancel.
